Carrot-cornbread

Today I finally decided to try make grain free bread. Happily my aunt has a good recipe in her head so I asked that from her and here we are.

Quick and easy to make so nobody can say that making dread is difficult.

Here is what you need:
Carrot
Water
Egg
Different kind of seeds (I used sunflower and crushed linseed)
Cornflour
Riceflour
Salt
Olive oil

Then you take a bowl and grate the carrot in it. Then add the water and egg mix. Add all dry ingredients. Mix again and it's ready!

Make little cakes to a baking tray. And they are good to go to the oven.

Heat the oven for 200°c and put the breads in it for about 15 minutes.

Enjoy with butter!
